The villas — completed with 1 story basement and 2 story above ground, multiple bedrooms, study rooms, family room, living room, boat deck, entertainment rooms— fosters a lively, living environment. Large windows with lake views; white, gray and black tone colors, high ceilings, interior bridge and atrium combine to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in the natural surroundings.

The workplace — complete with an open office, 3 conference rooms, a staff lounge a cafe area, 3 semi-outdoor balconies and an IT data room — fosters a lively, collaborative work environment. Clear glass walls, bold colors, low-partitions, and light wood furnishings combine to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that enhances communication, celebrates the brand and serves as an important recruiting tool.
